This contractor parks here almost daily, obstructing both the sidewalk and the fire lane. It does not appear he is here for a job on Arnold Circle but rather a job on Hancock Street because that is where he used to park before he discovered that he could park here for “free”. I called the police yesterday but he left before they arrived. I called again today and they said they would send somebody by later if they have time. Could ISD look up the job site address and address this directly with the contractor so he stops parking here? License plate R80713. It is dangerous to obstruct the sidewalk forcing pedestrians into the street, and I don’t think emergency vehicles would be able to get through if needed, and there is no other access to the buildings on Arnold Circle.
