The intersection of Taylor St and Willow St is problematic. When traveling on Taylor, it's a very short block before getting to Willow, making it an unexpected location for a street. Cars and pickups parking right next to the sidewalk limit sight lines for pedestrians on the sidewalk. 5-10 feet of red painted curb along Willow would go a long way towards making the uncontrolled intersection safer. There is currently no stop sign on Willow, and that could be considered too.
