Dumping trash at abandon houses on the block Murray Hill off of Keeler corner house. I've cleaned and paid people to remove large amount of trash from the lot. People still dumping. I live across the street on the block. I would like a decent clean block at least. Its not like what it use to be in the 70's. 80's, 90's and early 2000. It deployable how people don't care how they live. Taxpayer , city doesn't do anything. They need to start Ticketing these renters or home owners that dont take care of their property. Bring value down and quality of life.
