Unfortunately I reported this more than 2 weeks ago and contacted our city councilor and still no one has done anything. The city councilors office said they are monitoring my report but it has not gotten any action.

Noone is coming to help you. APD doesn't enforce any laws on street addicts unless they first spill blood. That's been since 2016. You can literally dress as homeless, and do all sorts of crime, APD will not even respond to it. Many fentanyl dealers pretend to be homeless, so they can sell extremely destructive synthetic chemicals without any consequences. Fentanyl and Tranq (horse tranquilizer) addicts gradually destroy everything around themselves. If they have bicycle, scooter, or such, they work as fentanyl dealers themselves while they are still functional enough.

This is not an open space. It is private property. They need to be removed ASAP

This same group of criminals has been illegally occupying this space for years now.
They have no interest in any type of social services. They are involved in narcotics trafficking and human trafficking. They burglarize homes, cars and businesses and trade the stolen goods for drugs and human beings. They vandalize public and private property and leave trash and human debris in their wake.
Law enforcement action is needed not "monitoring " from elected officials.
