Description

They stores large piles of garbage bags in the middle of their back lot. Soft garabage bags not enclosed in any hard container. Sometimes they appear broken open and loose trash surrounds them. Garbage and debris is thrown all around the edges of the lot, right up against both fences. They do NOT put them out on garbage day, but instead keep adding to them. Our dogs are catching rats now in our back yard.

Neighbor is operating a excavation business illegally out of their residential lot. Their residential lot also serves as parking for business and constructions vehicles, as well as parking for employees during the day.

I have never asked the county for help, but I am asking now. I have spoken to 6 separate neighbors, and all of us (2 on one side, 3 on the other) are woken up early in the morning to the sounds of an active construction lot. Sixth neighbor, guy across the street, does not live there, but he has deep ruts on lawn where the long contruction vehicles and long trailers with excavation equipment swing wide to make the narrow turn into 210's driveway.

Men arrive, park, mill around, readying the equipment that is to go out for the day. They yell, beep horns, make clanging noises for about an hour. Then they all leave for the day, returning in the evenng. then workers get in their cars and leave, but sometimes linger. Owner leaves on weekends, leaving his workman to occupy the lot with no supervision.

I could provide photos, but we are frightened of the neighbors, and a photo would identify us. Note on this page says "all correspondence, including this complaint, may be considered public information and available for public view"
