Good morning and thank you for contacting Gilbert. Code Compliance is restricted to addressing any visible dead vegetation from the right of way (street). The area inspector did go out this morning and no vegetation is visible from the right-of-way. You may wish to contact your HOA to see if their restrictions can potentially address dead vegetation in the backyard.
