I am guessing the city has decided this car is ok despite the fact that it is a good 5 or more feet from curb. 2 calls to police and one call to 311 got no response!!

Still waiting for enforcement!!!!!

I think the city is waiting for a tragedy before they actually start enforcing parking rules. Cars to far from curb should be ticketed then towed. Any car not cleared should be cited at this point for the 72 hour rule!! Mayor Gary do you have any responsive to this lack of enforcement in the city?? Is anyone even looking at all the parking enforcement requests at this site??
