Description

Loud home or car alarm system has been going off and making noise continuously for the past 48 hours. The noise is very high pitched and can be heard from all neighboring streets. It repeats every 30 seconds and has run continuously all weekend. This is very disrespectful to all surrounding neighbors, in violation of the noise ordnance and just plain rude.
