The bike lane at waugh and west Dallas heading south is blocked completely by unnecessary extra space being fenced off by the construction company. This is extremely dangerous for people on bikes who will be forced into traffic.

Looks like there is plenty of space for the construction company to pull the fence back enough to reveal the bike lane.
I actually reported this same issue on the 19th. It appears that there is huge demand for a safe detour at least for those who walk or ride bicycles.
