You asking me to respond but Yet You are blocking me from responding by closing the case /', what kind off sense is that ? Are you the one who gived my personal information to the owners ? they published that harrasing me and getting people against me , why did you do that ?that is also illegal . as a highway specialist I will hope You know the law but ok there You go .
311.07 PROHIBITIONS ON THE PLACEMENT OF PORTABLE BASKETBALL HOOPS.
(a) No person shall place or permit to be placed a portable basketball hoop or similar equipment onto any land other than private driveways or backyards in the City.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and subject to confiscation of the unlawfully placed equipment.

Sec. 70-6. - Street and sidewalk obstructions.
(a)No person shall place any materials or machinery incidental to the construction, demolition or repair of any building in any street without first obtaining a permit from the city engineer, posting a cash deposit and filing an insurance policy or certificate of insurance as required by section 70-1.(b)At least five feet of sidewalk space shall be kept clean and clear for the passage of pedestrians. If construction operations are of such a nature and scope that such passage on the public sidewalk is impracticable, a temporary plank sidewalk with substantial railings or sidewalk shelter shall be installed around such obstruction.(c)If any sign is placed on any public right-of-way including, but not limited to, the parkway, or on any other public property, the city shall have the right to remove the sign immediately. Any sign removed by the city shall be claimed within ten days, otherwise the sign will be destroyed. If the owner or person responsible for the sign wishes it returned, a fee set by resolution of the city council shall be charged for each sign.(d)If any portable basketball hoop is placed on any public right-of-way, except within the end of a local street cul-de-sac, the city shall have the right to remove the portable basketball hoop after providing the owner with ten days written notice. Any portable basketball hoop removed by the city shall be claimed within ten days, otherwise the portable basketball hoop will be disposed of. If the owner or person responsible for the portable basketball hoop wishes it returned, a fee set by resolution of the city council shall be charged for each portable basketball hoop.(e)If a property owner wishes to place a portable basketball hoop within the end of a local street cul-de-sac, the owner shall:(1)Notify all neighbors on the street cul-de-sac.(2)Supervise young children using the portable basketball hoop.(3)Keep the basketball rim behind the back of the curb when not in use.(4)Remove the portable basketball hoop from the public right-of-way if it is determined by the city to interfere with street maintenance or public safety.
