  How is it that none of the people who file these petty reports hide their faces or their license plates when they take these pictures?
  Or, is it just that they don't see the cameras on any of the RVs that they are complaining about?

  Actually, this RV has not only moved multiple times since your original report, in that time it is also received a citation, adding further hardship to the resident and putting them that much closer to living on your sidewalk instead of in a vehicle on the street.
  Be careful what you wish for, lest you end up with conditions that you would want even less then the status quo.

  And, I would rather be a harmless outlaw who minds my own business and keeps to myself, rather than a hateful, bitter law-abiding busybody who goes out of their way put effort forth towards disturbing the peaceful existence of others.
  Laws and morals do not always overlap.
  I have morals.
  I can hardly say the same for those of you who feel driven to disturb those who are doing nothing to affect your life other than being apparently poor in plain view of the public.
