HOA recently advised the residents that the developer (Lennar) has no jurisdiction since the street (Blue Stream Dr) and land to the north belongs to Howard County. The residents of this community appear to be in the middle of this issue. This community has residents with dogs and young children walking and playing in this area. What appears to be mold should not be growing on the curb. We need your help.

Please provide a status on this issue. It has been open for quite a long time with no status or resolution. With winter coming, this will get worse for the roadway when it freezes. Thank you for your help.
