Description

This morning, two work crews from Dirt Tech, LLC blocked N. Prospect’s intersections with Loomis and Henry Streets. I live at 89 N. Prospect, and there was no way to leave my home and get to work—I was completely blocked in. My neighbors are similarly situated.

There was no notice posted anywhere alerting residences to this severe disruption. My partner walks along N. Prospect several times every day, and she never saw a notice. And is this not a fire hazard, leaving no means of entry or egress to my home?
