The appears to have been graffiti at the end of the wall along the ramp from 29 south, onto Rt 32/Clarksville. It was painted over using red paint in one area, and a different color brown in another. In this day and age, paint can be perfectly matched. Seems like a worthwhile investment to obtain some paint that is the same color as the wall, so it blends in when painted over. I'm sure this may occur again. Please rectify this problem as soon as possible.
