I have lived here for 15 years. I have never seen so many cars speeding through the neighborhood as I have recently. They use Carmel as a cut through street to Custer and Westwood. I walk a lot and many cars drive so very fast on Carmel. Please add speed bumps or a traffic island. There are too many children here and I don' t want them to get run over by these crazy people.
