Hello!
I am writing to request that a garbage can be placed along the wooded trails between Don White Park and the River Club. I have attached photos of trash that I have picked up recently on these trails and a photo of the area by the map sign and bridge, an ideal spot for a can.

I believe that a conveniently placed trash can will incentivize people to carry their items just a little further, knowing there is a place to discard them nearby.

I feel very lucky to live in Roswell, near wooded trails and forests that are home to so many different species, and along the Chattahoochee River (a very precious natural resource). Reducing the amount of litter that contaminates our soil and pollutes the Chattahoochee should be a priority for our city if we want to preserve the things that make Roswell a great place to live.
