When turning left on a bicycle heading either east or west on Memorial at Boulevard, the left turn arrows do not trigger unless there is a also a car in the lane. This creates a dangerous situation for cyclists trying to turn in the middle of traffic. Fix the sensors, or upgrade the technology.
