This tree has still still not been trimmed after 2 months. The tree is so massive and the recent winds have shown it to be a safety concern as it swayed. Please dispatch someone to trim or remove this tree in it's entirety.

This tree has still still not been addressed after 3 months. The tree is so massive and a safety concern. Please dispatch someone to really cut the massive tree branches down to a much lower safe, level or remove this tree in it's entirety.

Inspections usually happen within two weeks of receiving the call but may be delayed by as much as a month during the busy times of the year. Sites are rated on the severity of the problems identified upon inspection. Regular pruning requests are considered low priority while large dead trees are considered the highest priority. Currently, dead trees and hazard limbs eligible for removal are prioritized with minor pruning worked into the schedule when possible. Please be patient as we are working hard to keep the city safe as well as attend to our regular maintenance obligations.

The tree is extremely large and needs to be inspected. It probably hasn't been trimmed in 20 years.

3.5 months and nothing has been done.
