chain on Park gate has been vandalized. lock is monitored by volunteers in the neighborhood. someone decided to have their own party in the Park last night and left litter and alcoholic beverage cans all over the park. volunteers try to keep the riff Raff out of the park. but I guess it doesn't work when people don't respect the property.
please send someone to repair the chain so that we can continue to lock the parking lot at night.
