The sidewalk at the back of Forg on Properzi Way is still not shoveled. Has the company been ticketed? If so, they still have not shoveled. Can you please ticket again until they shovel their sidewalk? How many times do we need to report this until the city does something?

This issue has been addressed. Please be advised that even though we may issue tickets, that by no means assures the resident will now shovel their sidewalk. Our Health department does keep track of all these issues and will be addressing them accordingly. Thank You

I was under the impression that the City can issue tickets, and after 3 tickets (one per day?) can clear the snow itself and issue a lien on the property?

Obviously city employees are busy with other snow removal operations, so I don't expect them to do that, but surely the city could contract out to a private company (or anyone with a snow blower?) and lien the property for costs? It's kind of frustrating to be told that we *must* keep our sidewalks clear, and then have such a blatant example showing that nothing bad really happened when someone didn't clear their sidewalk.
