MWA is a separate entity from Macon Bibb County Government and has taken over the management of storm water related issues that were formerly on the See Click Fix Customer Relations Management Database. These are the categories affected by the change –
BEAUTIFICATION: Street Sweep
P-WORKS: Catch Basin Cover
P-WORKS: Catch Basin/Broken frame casing
P-WORKS: Catch Basin/Storm drain clogged
P-WORKS: Cave-In or Sinking
P-WORKS: Ditch Maintenance
P-WORKS: Drain/Drainage Issue
P-WORKS: Manhole Cover
