Description

Columns are loose with the rail it’s attached too. There is only one rail and the other side is missing. The rail it’s self is rusty and Flaky. Inside second floor, the dinning room floor is old and Chewed up and causes splinters. Bathroom fixture and applicaces need resealed/caulking.
Toilet has mold deloping inside the bowl.
