These inspection holes were dug by YCUA or MichCon gas during the winter and we're temporary patch and there were to come back and do a hot patch repair the next summer. That was 6 years ago. The cold patches are failing and eventually the rest of the asphalt will fail as well. Please have them come back and finish this project. There are at least two if not three inspection holes about 18 in by 18 inches.
