Description

On Fri 7/28, I witnessed the garbage truck driver get out to move the recycling bin which had been blown in front of the dumpster by the storm on 7/26. He put the bin in a position so that the recycling truck cannot access it. I've seen the recycling truck drive by the bin on two Tuesdays (8/1 and 8/8) without emptying it. The bin is now full and won't be usable by apartment residents. Can someone please fix this situation?

Thank you for reporting this issue. Our driver reported on 8/8 that the dumpster was blocked by a van. He also reported that it was blocked on 8/1. There was prohibited material in the dumpster on 7/28. If the dumpster is not blocked tomorrow, it will be serviced. Have a great day.

The bin is not blocked as you can see by my photo (there are other recycling bins in the complex which may have had a vehicle blocking them). The bin at 2301-2303 Sandalwood is facing a curb that borders a narrow drive connecting two sections of the parking lot. I believe that the truck cannot approach the bin when it is oriented this way which one of your workers caused when he moved it on 7/28 (I witnessed him do this).
