Description

On Fri 7/28, I witnessed the garbage truck driver get out to move the recycling bin which had been blown in front of the dumpster by the storm on 7/26. He put the bin in a position so that the recycling truck cannot access it. I've seen the recycling truck drive by the bin on two Tuesdays (8/1 and 8/8) without emptying it. The bin is now full and won't be usable by apartment residents. Can someone please fix this situation?
