This is part of my other complaint that wasn't addressed. The strip parkway on Grover St (park side) of Caitlin Park north and south of Carter St is dying. The grass doesn't appear to be watered in awhile and is bone dry compared to the east side of Grover. Attached are photos of dying or dead trees. Can you assess whether the sprinklers are working and or why the water is not programmed to come on? Thanks!
