Not live able, basement where my washer and dryer is no should go down there. On section 8 they house every year. I called here before my sealing in daughter room fell down piece by piece running water all weekend still have pictures from thanksgiving to that Monday I put pots down and buckets. The landlord is a sublord she fix nothing in a reasonable matter always her time. Mice her time. She locked the basement door where the box is to turn power on and off. The Sunday before Mother's Day she looks it couldn't wash, just reopened it a week ago. The gas company can for third floor the tenant called and text her no response @ all. She'll contact you the last day for rent if she don't get it. And a $100 dollar late fee. She had me paying the the water bill for the hole house $50 dollars a month. I paid it section 8 told I wasn't suppose to, she had to pay me back by a certain date. I paid water bill separate from rent receipts, She owed me $950.00 dollars in full. The government should have been notified and she should have been fined for each water bill I paid. My toilet was stopped up I had to pay $150.00 dollars to her before she got it fixed, that should be a fine.
Last November 12, 2022 I had a slip and fall got a Attorney Johnathan Perkins, no lights going down steps, also no windows in hallway when I got to bottom when I stepped down I feel down on a paint can her workers lefted in hallway from painting the apartment. I hit my left Rib and got a Left Rib contusion, couldn't breathe, breathing awful now and back problems.
My Daughter saw everything, she was with. She yelled for my son to come and pick me up. Had to go to hospital now I have blood pressure problems and rib & back problems. Was seeing a chiropractor.
She retaliating against me got notice to quit, She's evicting me August 31,2023.
She knows I got no family her in Bridgeport, Connecticut. I come from Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans Louisiana in 2005.
She just went to court today to evict 1st floor nurse with 3 small kids, Sad the lady found a place, she had help to move. I don't, I text her to see if I could move down to 1st floor so there's no steps I have slip & falled twice living here.
It would be better living on 1st floor.
Ms. Amiyra Beaudry said if I'm not out by August 30 the eviction proceedings will start. My notice to quit states August 31st 2023.
She should not be a Landlord, because she's a sublord. And a big
lyeure.
I need help, know please a Attorney to give me a year, don't have double the rent for security deposit. Pay for driver and move furniture. I'm on the 2,ND Floor.
