No camera. I also live in Russett. Time 1:08 pm. Going now - a drive of 5 - 10 minutes.

Not able to find resident that made request. This apartment building has 16 units. I knocked on all the doors. Snow removed from 5 cars That took me about two hours. I did NOT shovel any parking spaces.
