Weeds on east side of Lincoln street getting out of hand , about 6 feet high and hiding street signs.

A. Yes
Q. Is the branch touching any power lines?
A. No
Q. Are any branches low enough to hit people or vehicles?
A. Yes
Q. Can you provide an estimate of the tree's height and diameter ?
A. Not trees but 6 foot weeds
Q. Do you feel that the tree needs to be removed?
A. The weeds should be cut Bach on half of Lincoln street
