Description
At Secaucus Road at the corner of Terrace Avenue in Jersey City side the traffic signal isn't working. The traffic signal faces Terrace Avenue/Leonard Street of Secaucus Road Upward Ramp near the vacant government lot with the American flagpole. The traffic signal stay red color for many 7 or more minutes and it doesn't turn green. The green signal doesn't work. Please have a work crew fix this traffic signal very soon. Thanks for your cooperation.
