Description

There is a group of 4-5 people that have set up camp right on Lake Merritt next to the Lake Chalet. They have been there now for at least 8 days with more junk every day. There is a bunch of trash and a shopping cart right on the lake behind a tree. They are gathering and sitting on the locked box that contains the materials for the volunteers to clean up the lake.
