This is within the condo complex. Their driveways and parking areas are considered private property and the police will not ticket or tow. I know because I live in another condo in the north end and we have to hire our own towing company. So Bridgeport 311 can not help you. Talk to your condo board and hire a towing company. Your driveway and parking area considered private property by the city of Bridgeport.
