Also the driveway on the Quincy St side of Family Dollar has all kinds of trash, refrigerator, chair, etc. The city needs to give them a citation+ stop saying there's nothing they can do because it is private property. Not fair to us + our neighbors!!

The parking lot in question looks like its actually Parcel#: 143-098R. I should have specified. The complaint came from 347 Quincy, but the mattress is in the lot behind the house.
