Water work patch work done wrong: After cutting up the street for water work where Crosby St and Whitman St intersect, a poor excuse for paving took place in the fall. Within weeks the patchwork began to sink, and now it’s a 4” crater in the street. I can’t leave my driveway without hitting it, unless I swing around into my neighbor’s driveway. Inexcusable.
