No! It has not been taken care of this is ridiculous. they need to come and fix the problem. get rid of the tree! They closed out two other complaints about the sidewalk. but if the tree was taken down the sidewalk would not have been cracked.and by the way they dismissed that they said that. the homeowner had to take care of it. but it's the city tree that made this problem.

This location was inspected on 1/4/24, it has been to the contractor's tree and stump removal list.
