4600 block West Broad Street, Richmond Ford auto dealer
4700 block West Broad Street, Music & Arts music store
4700 block West Broad Street, R.P.M. auto detailing
4800 block West Broad Street, East Coast Gas service station
4800 block West Broad Street, Allen & Allen law firm
4800 block West Broad Street, Quincy’s Texaco service station
1900 block Staples Mill Road, Quincy’s Texaco service station

1/30/2012 - Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. The situation with vehicles parking on the public right of way sidewalk at 4600 Blk W Broad Street or any sidewalk in the City of Richmond for that matter needs to be reported immediately to the City of Richmond Police by dialing 911 and stating there is a parking violation taking place at that very moment. Once the owner moves the vehicle no violation can be observed and no citation written. Again, thanks for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government - rtt
