Description

Please install a "Do Not Block Side Street" at 13 Oneida Terrace and Catherine Street. The northbound commuters block Catherine Street and the crosswalks used by students walking to school. Numerous car accidents occur at this intersection. Remove the 30MPH sign as well. We don't want commuters speeding up and making a left turn onto Morton Aveand hit a student in the crosswalk there.
