Any updates? It really seems that they're running a scrap business out of this home. And if you walk past, it smells unsanitary - likely because of the junk stacked on the front porch. It's an eyesore, to be sure.

Ongoing Sanitation issues have yet to be resolved. Tires, furniture, debris on front yard, back yard (visible from sidewalk on 4th St), and side of house adjacent to alley.

This sanitation issue persists. Just take a look at the side of the house adjacent to the alley or the backyard. The garage window on the east side also appears broken.
