The lights are not working again. One lampost is located overlooking the crosswalk between Court Sq. and the New England Center for Homeless Veterans. These guys have paid a high price in service to our country and now they have to dodge traffic while the 1 percent are chatting on their cell phones. Please repair these lights. Thank you.
