Opis

Unrelenting illegal dumping in front of my house. Most recent was 15ft of plasic piping. Also filled trash bags, clothes, furniture, etc. It's then up to me to remove these things & I've been reported to the sanitation police. No help from the trash commissioner, 311, police.
