Description

SURVEY-ing DUG into roadside ditch, placed "marker(s)" and left a pile of loose sandy, erosive soil. With just initial rains, this activity has ignored the existing and necessary roadside ditch and sandy-erosive soils in/near Landslide Hazard area. There has been (for quite awhile now) at least one quite large HOLE that needs to be fixed--with proper type soils/fill/compaction, and ensure the DITCH can and will work as FALL/WINTER rains have started and are coming. This hole is actually in the STEEP road shoulder on Louis-T Rd.
