I am posting this on behalf of my 78 year old mother that lives on Sipple. She is complaining that during all hours of the day and night, a neighbor with a loud, red truck along with his visitors CONSTANTLY fly up and down the street, and she is sick of hearing it. She has told me that if it continues, that she will be contacting the police department and something will be done about it. She has been living on Sipple since 1962, and it has been peaceful up until the loud vehicles started showing up. Show an elderly woman some respect and drive the speed limit and keep the exhaust noise down to a respectable level!
