Description

There is an unauthorized encampment on 100th st near Thornton Place Apartments and Aljoya. The guy lives in that tent often yells and makes loud noises at late night, which is disturbing to surrounding neighbors. The tent also blocks part of the sidewalk， causing accessibility issues.
