  Engineering has contacted the contractor and property owner (Tufts University). They were notified that blocking sidewalk access is not permitted without proper signage and detours for pedestrians. If the problem continues, we will stop operations.

  The path is accessible, but due to the current water main project and sidewalk and roadway restoration project that will follow, the site has temporary asphalt sidewalk and ramps. Starting in June, the City will be restoring the roadway and sidewalks to ADA compliance through various contractors.
