The maintenance people came to fix our door. We locked the bolt and it wouldn't come unlocked. We had to use the window to get out. They came the next day broke the wall now the door won't lock. They never returned. My door and doorjam is so messed up it won't stay closed unless it's bolted. Yet they broke the doorjam so u can't lock it. And left for the day leaving my door like this overnight. This is a bad spot and is a high crime area. This is the second time they have messed with this door.
