Description

there's a break in the fence just as you get on Tukey's bridge and there's a small encampment right at the edge of the concrete. if someone were to stumble, they'd end up in the water. there were several shopping carts on the trail and a suitcase. there's another seemingly abandoned encampment over the fence, right on the edge of the Franklin Street exit south. lots of trash.

A. below Tukey's bridge though a break in the fence on the Back Cove trail just as your getting onto the bridge headed south
