Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. The Officer for this area will investigate. Please note, although utility trailers are not to be in public view either in the street or on private property, recreational vehicles/trailers such as RV’s, Boat Trailers, Jet Ski Trailers, BBQ Pits, and trailers with other similar purposes…can be anywhere on the property owner’s property. Recreational vehicles cannot, however, be parked on the street for longer than 72 hours.

The code of Ordinance Section 10-6, B states that they are allowed to have the Trailer in the street for 72 hours. The Code Officer spoke to the resident and the trailer will be moved.

The Code Officer reported that the RV has been moved.
