The residents at 3830 Blaine St NE put out a number of bulk items for collection over a week ago. Most of it was picked up, except for two mattresses, which are still sitting in the green strip in front of their house. The mattresses were wrapped in plastic, but by now the plastic is coming off and the mattresses are starting to fall apart. Please pick these up ASAP. If you cannot pick up, can this be processed as illegal dumping?
