As you are driving down Arboretum Rd, there's a grove of trees right after the arboretum, on the right side of the road.
The raccoon is at the base of the biggest locust tree in that grove (and there aren't many locust trees there anyway, so it stands out.) I can put tape around that tree if it'll help you find it.
