Description

Resident at this address says work was started here 5 weeks ago and the there is no work happening any longer and contractor on site said the final work is for City of San Rafael to finish. Involves sidewalk and road. Resident says there's an open hole in the road 9 feet wide with a metal plate, but rain is coming and they are worried.
